As the population of cities rise, the necessity of designing and planning for future methods of providing the cities with suffi cient food sources becomes vital to their survival. In the city of Córdoba , where the production and consumption of food are very isolated and fragmented from each other, leading to diffi culties of transportation, the project suggests the integration and incorporation of the food production linked to the existing main historical market of “Mercado Sud” square.
